It's a tale of how the dedication and leadership of one man led to the foundation of the charity, Find A Better Way. The charity aims to develop new technology that will speed up the detection and removal of landmines around the world. Currently, more than 65 countries are affected by landmines, which claim thousands of casualties each year, many of them children. To clear the 110 million active landmines in place using current technologies would cost an estimated USD30 billion and take more than 1,000 years.
